02. Listing your property for sale

• Agent prepares marketing campaign and advertising materials

• Prepare your home for buyer inspections

• Salesperson conducts buyer inspections and provides you with feedback

• Salesperson negotiates a sale price to your satisfaction

03. Accepting the offer

• Once the offer is accepted by you, the salesperson communicates this to the buyer

• Agent accepts a 10% deposit from buyer once offer has been signed

• Once all conditions have been satisfied, you have SOLD

04. Settlement of your home

• Settlement is usually 30-60 days

• Pack and organise your move

• Move into your new home and enjoy
