Tony Li says the best part of helping people to sell or buy a house is that at the end of the deal you end up with a real sense of achievement – and new friends. Residential sales specialist Tony has recently been selling properties in new developments across Flat Bush, Takanini and Papakura.
A born communicator, he believes the key to a good client relationship is to be a good listener and never pushy. He makes a point of calling potential buyers each week and giving his vendors a prompt update on progress. “We give every listing 100 percent effort,” he says.
Like a true millennial, Tony is at home with social media making contacts and doing business via such platforms as WeChat.
Tony and his partner came to NZ from Wu Han, China in 2013 seeking adventure and a fresh challenge. Although he graduated in international trade and economics and had worked in logistics, he says he really wanted to be in sales. “I am self-motivated and I just love making a sale,” he says.
He’s travelled around most parts of the North and South Island and has recently been exploring the Pacific Islands. Always on the go, Tony enjoys a regular game of basketball, walking, gym, swimming and snorkelling. Tony, portrays this level of energy in his business life as well.
